I have notoriously bad luck with men.  If he’s an addict or a recent graduate of that world or he can’t commit, that’s the guy I’ll be attracted to and won’t let go.  Or if I’m anticipating forming a business relationship with him, he will hit on me.  And, if I tell this to one of those guy-friends, they’ll say it’s my fault for what I wear or how I look or how I swing my ass.  And, thanks to Conquer the Cosmos, now I know why!   I’m a Leo.

And, by the way, I read Conquer the Cosmos because I’m interviewing author Bridgett Walther tomorrow morning.  I mean, who am I to argue with Cher who blurbs “Bridgett is definitely the real deal.”

I should find out more tomorrow, but in the book you can find complete sun sign information on all twelve signs.  So the guy thing.  Bridgett writes:

Back to Bridgett’s Leo expose:

But Bridgett does not leave any sign in the dumps.  Each gets its royal matches.  A few of mine are – Libra and Gemini.  Never dated either – yet.  Scorpio and Aquarius – heat!  My ex-husband, and the first guy I met after, also an ex.  And, Taurus is a hit, too.  Oh, like the guy who I’ve been seeing.  Until today.  Two weeks ago he was a blind date.  Then we spent nearly every day together.  He’s amazing, honest, unaddicted, responsible, dependable, major chemistry together, successful.  The first few seconds, my mind said Yes.  But, today he said his ex had called him – and until he figures out what’s going on, he doesn’t want to leave me in limbo.  So it’s goodbye.

Two weeks of being the real me with a man, so unafraid, I even burst into turns across the floor one of the first dates.  I feel blessed – well, now that I poured out buckets of tears.  Maybe something has changed in me because of knowing him.  Maybe the next guy will be a winner like this guy, kind and caring, and I can be myself with him, and he likes me for me, just like this Taurus.  Maybe this was a breakthrough, as much as it broke my heart.
